These Terms of Service apply to the use of https://orinval.com/ and to purchases made through the website. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website.

Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must have legal capacity to make the purchase and must provide accurate contact, payment, delivery, and customization information. You are responsible for checking the order details before payment is submitted.

Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, materials, prices, customization options, and availability accurately. Minor differences can occur because of display settings, lighting, fabric batches, production tolerances, or manual measurement. The product page should be reviewed before purchase.

Prices and Checkout

Product prices may change before an order is placed. The amount shown at checkout is the amount submitted for payment, subject to correction of an obvious pricing, currency, discount, or technical error. Any applicable shipping charge or tax collected directly by Orinval is displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order sends a request to purchase the selected products. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not prevent Orinval from reviewing payment status, inventory, address information, customization details, delivery restrictions, security concerns, or obvious errors before fulfilment.

An order may be held, adjusted, or cancelled when payment is not confirmed, the product is unavailable, information is incomplete, a significant pricing or technical error occurs, delivery is not possible, or there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized or fraudulent activity. Any eligible payment collected for a cancelled order will be returned through the original payment method.

Customization

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, numbers, text, images, colors, sizes, and other customization information before submitting an order. Once personalization or production begins, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. Orinval may refuse content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or technically unsuitable for production.

Processing and Delivery

In-stock products are normally shipped within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Products clearly marked as pre-order are normally shipped within 7–10 days. After shipment, estimated delivery is generally 20–30 days. The Shipping Policy contains additional information about tracking, address requirements, customs, delays, and refused or undeliverable parcels.

Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 15 days after delivery and are handled under the Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Eligible products also include a 60-day limited quality warranty for verified manufacturing defects.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may have product, quantity, customer, destination, order-value, or expiration conditions. A promotion may be withdrawn or corrected when it is affected by an obvious technical error, misuse, or unauthorized manipulation.

Website Use

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or security-threatening activity. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious code, or misuse another person’s account or payment information.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Orinval is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that are not a reasonably foreseeable result of the purchase or website use.

Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreement through which Orinval provides services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. This governing-law clause does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to a customer under the laws that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer’s place of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when website functions, products, policies, or legal requirements change. The Terms published on the website apply to current website use, while the terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order was placed unless a change is required by law.
